CD Replication
Ideal for higher volume requirements.
CD Replication is the manufacturing process that essentially replicates or "clones" your original master. A Glass Master is created from your original master. From the Glass Master a set of "stampers" are made. The stampers or molds are the blueprint for the replication process. Stampers are mounted into a high tech injection mold machine. In the molding process, a replica of the mold is created in the form of a 4.75 (120 mm) plastic disc. The formed disc is then coated with a micro-thin reflective layer of aluminum. The final stage of the replication process involves the application of a protective lacquer that is spun onto the disc and then hardened by ultraviolet (UV) light. The replication process is now complete. All processes are performed in-line to ensure quality, accuracy and speed from start to finish. The completed disc is now ready for printing.

Our glass-mastering process is 100% accurate, and no details are lost in translation.To insure the quality of your disc replication, we routinely run a quality verification test on all master discs to make sure nothing's wrong with your master disc before reproduction. By doing this we insure that the quality of your replicated discs are up to industry standards and we will never charge you for this service.

We know full-color printing on-disc makes your project a better product, and because life happens in color, we provide full-color offset on-disc printing at no extra charge!
No extra charge for over runs
No over run charges, we don't believe in charging you more if we produce more items than you order. All orders are subject to 10% over/under run.
Insured shipping
We don't consider our job done until it's in your hands. Because of this, we take extra care in packaging your order, and we insure it for the full amount. If your order gets lost, stolen or damaged during shipment, you can relax knowing that we immediately begin the process to replace it. We will also work with the shipping company to make a claim for the loss. We'll need a little help from you, but we work through the process directly with the shipping company, so you don't have to. No more money is required from you.
Placing your order
We encourage you to place your order online for the fastest possible service. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns at any point during this process.
Once you complete placing your order, you will receive order confirmation email receipt with your order-ID#. A pre-paid FedEx mailing label, paid by Abet Disc, will be email to you, print the label, stick it, & drop off your master disc at any FedEx location near you. You may upload your artwork online or mail it in together with your master.
