Abet T-Shirts are printed in full color, with 11x8.5 or 8.5x11 print area, and are made of 100% cotton. Abet T-Shirts are printed by a CMYK+W digital print process and can be printed on the front and back of the T-Shirt.
The print area is 11"x8.5" or 8.5"x11" and is centered 2" down from the bottom of the collar for the front, and 5.5" down from the top of the collar for the back.
As you can see, the 11"x8.5" print area (GREEN) will be printed on the shirt. Anything outside that area (RED) will not be printed.
Above is an example of offset position for T-Shirts. As you can see you can achieve a left or right side chest print by positioning the logo or artwork accordingly on the 8.5"x11" document size.
How to setup artwork files
T-Shirt art files do not need bleed. Please submit your files at exactly 11"x8.5" and no crop marks.
White T-Shirts:
The background color must be C-0 M-0 Y-0 K-0 for the white to knockout.
Black T-Shirts:
The background color must be C-100 M-100 Y-100 K-100 for the black to knockout.
In other words if you want a logo printed on a black shirt and your art file contains the logo with a white background, or any background color other than C-100 M-100 Y-100 K-100 the background will print.
