Silkscreen printing it's best suited for spot color up to three color rather than full-color CMYK printing.

What is the difference between Offset & Silkscreen printing on-disc?
Silkscreen on-disc printing:
Silkscreening is most appropriate for up to 3 color printing - especially if the colors are PMS colors, and for solid ink coverage. With silkscreening, ink is applied to a screen and forced through the holes in a stencil to create an image on the surface of the disc. Silkscreen printing can include up to 5 single colors, for 4 color process (CMYK) we recommend Offset printing over Silkscreening.
Offset Printing:
Offset printing provides higher quality image at175 lines per inch (vs. 85-135 lines per inch for silkscreen). Offset printing applies 4 layers of ink (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) on-disc. The more lines per inch, the smoother and clearer the printing looks. Offset printing is ideal for intricate full-color designs, skin tones, and crisp text. It is the only chouse for photo quality printing.

No extra charge for over runs
No over run charges, we don't believe in charging you more if we produce more items than you order. All orders are subject to 10% over/under run.
Insured shipping
We don't consider our job done until it's in your hands. Because of this, we take extra care in packaging your order, and we insure it for the full amount. If your order gets lost, stolen or damaged during shipment, you can relax knowing that we immediately begin the process to replace it. We will also work with the shipping company to make a claim for the loss. We'll need a little help from you, but we work through the process directly with the shipping company, so you don't have to. No more money is required from you.
Placing your order

Once you complete placing your order, you will receive order confirmation email receipt with your order-ID#. A pre-paid FedEx mailing label, paid by Abet Disc, will be email to you, print the label, stick it, & drop off your master disc at any FedEx location near you. You may upload your artwork online or mail it in together with your master.
